You must provide accurate account information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and technology provided through Autogent AI are the exclusive property Growith LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
No Warranties / Limitation of Liability
Autogent AI Services are provided“as is” and “as available.”
Growith disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Growith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Growith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services in the preceding three (3) months.
Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
- Class Action Waiver: Claims may only be brought individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
Termination
Growith may suspend or terminate your access to Autogent.ai at any time for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Texas, United States.
Jurisdiction lies exclusively in courts located in Dallas, Texas.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
